What is PTSD Deaths Challenge?

- My Nameless Hero basically gets PTSD from how a death happened, meaning that the weapon, spell or any tool used when trying to overcome an opponent or any scenario is now unusable for the rest of the game.

- This means that if I'm using something like the master sword to face an orc elite and I die to it, then I can no longer use any master swords for the rest of the game. If it's a spell like a fireball, then no more fireballs whether from scrolls or runes for the rest of the game. If I die to gravity while trying to jump somewhere while transformed into a Shadowbeast, then no more shadowbeast transformation spells for the rest of the game.
