In the mid-1960s, Bob Dylan shocked the folk world by trading his acoustic guitar for an electric one. Crowds booed. Critics wrote him off as a traitor to the music they loved.

Almost no one stood beside him. But Johnny Cash did. The two men had become close after meeting in Nashville, and Cash admired Dylan's fearless songwriting.

When a folk magazine printed cruel words about Dylan, Cash fired back with a letter telling them to leave the young man alone and let him make his music. He asked for nothing in return.

Dylan carried that kindness for the rest of his life, later calling Cash the North Star of his generation and a true brother.

His story reminds us that real strength is standing up for someone when everyone else has walked away. Isn't that what true greatness looks like? ❤️????
