Johnny Cash performed everywhere from Folsom State Prison to the White House over his career. In 1980 he became the youngest living person ever inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. He entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992, inducted by Lyle Lovett, and later the Gospel Music Hall of Fame in 2010.

He won 19 Grammy Awards, four of them after his death in 2003. Few artists in history have been honored across country, rock, and gospel the way he was.
